Shipping policy

At Kaia's Barn, we strive to provide our customers with the best shipping options and rates possible. We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Shipping times may vary based on your location. The estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your shipping address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you via email or phone and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
